PE & Sports Premium
At St. Anne's Catholic Primary School we recognise the importance of physical education and a healthy lifestyle. We actively encourage our children to take part in a variety of additional activities to improve their overall fitness and ensure their PE lessons in school are of a high quality.
We have invested heavily in outdoor equipment and facilities such as a running track and MUGA. Our children are encouraged to take part in a 'Daily Dash' so that they can improve on fitness levels and, so in addition, well-being. Our lunchtimes have been completely transformed with the implementation of OPAL. Our dedicated Sport HLTA makes sure sport is a top priority here at St Anne's. We enter a wealth of sporting events and achieve highly when competing. Last year we were winners of the football and netball leagues. As well as winning the netball cup and rally.
